New Timetables Now Live!

Good Afternoon Parents and Students,

Please see the updated timetables. You will see there have been some changes made. All changes made are to improve the students learning process as well as accomodate the academy size. This is a long post but please read! All the information is relevant.

Dagenham

Make sure you’re aware there are no more classes on a Thursday/ This is due to the lack of people in exam classes, unfortuantely we can’t accomodate the costs for the few.

Colchester

Exam timetable has been updated, thank you Maria for solving a tricky puzzle there! On Wednesday, we’ve decided to split musical theatre, stretch and acro class, previously there were too many children in the class. Quality over quantity!

On Fridays, we’ve removed kicks, leaps and turns class to so we can split the group competition classes. Once again, this class had too many students and 45 minutes was not enough time to accomodate everything. For those who do KLT classes, these will now be on a Sunday.

Brantham

Due to mixed ability we’ve split our classes to accomodate the growing branch. We’re hoping everyone will sign up for the KLT class, it’s great for for oerall technique.

As far as the 1:1s go, I am still on the hunt for a singing teacher that meets Donovan’s Standards. I’m trying hard to get this sorted for you as soon as possible, I want to get this right.

Although technically I’m on maternity leave, I’m available to be contacted if you wish to add classes. I’ve already had members email me to add classes, which is very exciting! Please also note, those auditioning for Worlds: make yourself known. Only students who attend competition, solo and duet/trio classes can audition. For those auditioning for Disney you’ll need to make sure you’re doing the group competition class in preparation for the audition in November.

PS Musical Theatre students, keep checking for music, monologues and lyrics to be uploaded. I’m slowly getting everything done but things have become a lot slower for me now, as I now need to nap after every small task! With that being said… I’m off for a nap!
